This is also how you; get a college degree, get in shape, build a business, keep a marriage happy, insert any personal goal.
It is for sure you will not accomplish anything if you don't take that first bite, or carry that first stone. I have, through my life, changed and grown through many hard and trying journeys.
Changed careers five times. Each time, learning new tasks and along the way achieving a Personal trainer certification through a nationally recognized organization, two associates degrees, publishing several short stories, raised two wonderful children, built a marriage of nearly 40 years, started my most recent career at 55 years of age.
It was all difficult, very rewarding and took that first step. There were many times I've said to myself mid-stream, "What the hell were you thinking??". Still, took the next step and the next step and so on to the completion.
Ask yourself; What would I like to change in my life? What is the first step on that yellow brick road? Then put on your ruby slippers and head out. What do you have to lose?
