God grand me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.
Bottom line is this; the only thing I can change is myself, my attitudes and the way I react to any given situation. Taking a step back to ask the question. . . why is this upsetting me and what can I do about it?
Most of the time there is nothing I can do about it except re-frame it and change how I see it. Things changes when you change the way you see things. This is so true.
Of course this changing business is a journey and not a destination. When I started on this project, it was a mountain top experience. I know I cannot stay on the mountain top, but I will always have what I learned there if I foster it. There are days I do not care to even try to calm myself down, that God this is not the norm for me today.
I am finding it very uncomfortable to remain in a state of upset over anything. Over the years, I have learned; the hardest situation, left to play out, turn into the greatest blessings in the ends.
Today, I am fantasizing freedom to feel my feelings and let them go without harming others.
