It's Florida, it's May and the season is over. The worst possible time to try to rent out a house. OR is it? Ed, my husband, placed an add to rent the house and 5 minutes later the onslaught started. Our phone rang non-stop for four days before he finally took the ad down. I think there were close to 50 inquiries.
Today we signed a contract, with good people, under all our conditions, exactly one week from the day we got notice. Yeah! In fact, since we bought the house in 2009 it has not been empty one day. Literally, one moves out, next day another moves it. I would call that an answer to a prayer believed.
Of course this is simply one example of life. When I finally stopped kicking and screaming at change, it came easier and we always end up better off than we were before. Life is an adventure, the more we enjoy it the better it gets. Ask and ye shall receive, so what's to worry about? Enjoying the journey.
Psalm 119:2 Blessed are they who keep his statutes and seek him with all their heart.
