Well, I took a short break to look up side effects of over indulgence of sugar and sure enough it alters enough systems in our bodies to cause depression and anger. So, there it is. Yet another beast to wrangle.
Oh well, I guess it's better to know than to go on doing what I've been doing. The whole one day at a time plan seems to be the most manageable path. So, just for today, I'll curb my sugar intake. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.
I'll keep you posted on how it turns out. I think there will be a decided change in my outlook. Hopefully it won't take too long. Spring is in the air and I should be happy.
