Time to get back on track. I've noticed my sugar intake has gone off the charts and I'm having trouble getting that under control as well. In the past, stress has triggered a lot worse response in me, so I'm not all together surprised at my sugar binging.
Today is a new day, we're on the verge of a new month and spring is in the air. Time for an attitude overhaul I would say. I am not a quitter, so it follows that I will win at this endeavor, if I just do it one step, one day at a time.
I have been sleeping better, so today it should follow I will feel better. It seems as though you just beat one thing and another pops up to take it's place. Yikes. Does life never get easy? I remember asking my mother this question when I was 18. She fell on the floor laughing her ass off. Turns out she was right.
Today I am starting out with good intentions. Got up at a reasonable hour, sat down to write, now I'll do a short workout, take a shower and head out for the day. I find things go better when I follow my routine in the morning.
If, when you get off track, never say, Oh well I blew it, guess I'll give up. NO, start over. Even if you have to start over everyday. Do it. Someday, down the road, you'll reach your goal, if you just keep plugging along. Life is not an all success journey. We learn as much from our weaknesses and failures if we only look and listen.
Today is a new day. I am starting off well, I aim to finish well. Let's see how it goes.
Fantasizing the freedom to win even if I fail along the way!
