Change is hard, the thought of change is even harder. I think a lot of people stop before they even try, due to the daunting idea of the task. I will admit some of the endeavors I've undertaken have been daunting to carry out. In my case, my thought is always; Oh, I can do that. And so, here I am.
Having a, can do, attitude is half the battle. If you think you can, you can. Make one small change today in favor of yourself. It could be as small as cutting out a fancy coffee on your way to work. Just this one change over time can initiate weight loss, level out blood sugars and save you as much as $25.00 over a weeks time. Can you imagine, if you did this small thing every day? That's $1300.00 a year and 130,000.00 calories (37 pounds over a year) based on 5 days a week. JEZZAM!!
This is one small example. Even if you did it one day a week that's $260.00 and 26,000 calories (7.5 pounds over a year).
Insert your own goals and concerns, figure out one thing you can do today to move you closer to that goal. For me, it's to become a better writer and one day have the opportunity to be an inspirational speaker and this blog has been my one thing a day this year. Of course you can do one thing toward many goals and you have changed everything.
So, what one thing will you do differently today?
