One doesn't have a good life, good health, a good career, by luck. It takes work. It takes learning new things and applying that knowledge to your life.
If you want to loose weight, find a new job, make more money, drive a nice car, get to work. Go to school, I don't care if you're over 50, I did it. Take a walk, climb some stairs, put down the donut.
I realize there are circumstances when one may not be able to lose weight. That's not what I'm talking about. What I'm saying is; if you have a dream, go for it. Dreaming, imagining, fantasizing are the beginning. Getting up and taking action is the bearing out of good things.
The "magic" of the "secret" is in seizing opportunities. It's in finding a way, seeing a way to become what you are dreaming of. It's not anybody else's job to support you, make you happy, look after your health. You are responsible for where you are in life.
Others may lend a hand, but it's in the leaning on them, one becomes weak. My choices have made my life what it is. It hasn't always been easy or even good. When life takes a turn for the worse, turn around and start from there.
It really doesn't matter how many times one falls, it only matters that you get up more times than you fall down. Nobody has an all success story. Those that succeed are those that look at the failures as stepping stones to success.
Fantasizing the freedom in taking responsibility for my own life.
